The contact form
The form on the contact page does not save anything on a server. It opens your own mail app with the message you typed, and you decide whether to send it. What reaches us stays in our mailbox and in our correspondence.
Language choice
The language you pick (English, Italian or German) is saved in your browser's local storage so the site opens the same way next time. It stays on your device.
Technical data
When a page is opened, our hosting provider may record technical data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested. This serves to deliver and protect the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies
We set no advertising, tracking or profiling cookies, and no third-party marketing pixels.
How long we keep data
Only as long as needed to answer you and to meet legal record-keeping duties, which for business correspondence in Italy usually runs to ten years.
Who sees it
Our team and our hosting provider. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Inside the European Union.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your data, and object to processing. You can also complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
